How do I get to Launchpad?

You can find us on Google Maps.
If you are using public transport, we are approximately a 20-minute walk from Bishop’s Stortford station. Nearby bus stops are on The Causeway and Bryan Road. Use Trainline to quickly and easily find routes to reach us by train or coach.
Is there parking?
We do not offer any on-site parking. However there are plenty public car parks in close proximity to Launchpad.

How do I book a meeting room or booth?
Non-Members must submit a request via the contact page. Existing users and members should use the online booking system, access to which is provided upon sign-up.
Can I book my favourite desk?
Yes! Our booking system has a floor plan so you can select and book your preferred spot. Our dedicated desk membership means your desk is allocated to you and only you.
What is your notice period?
All our membership packages and office space operates on a one month notice period. You can send this via email with the heading ‘notice’.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes, there is a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, as well as free tea, and milk for teas and coffee.
Where are the toilets?
There are toilets at each wing of the building. All are on floor level and two have disabled access.
Are you pet friendly?
We love pets at Launchpad! Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss.
What is your guest policy?
Guests are the responsibility of the member they are visiting. Unless hosted by an office space or a meeting room booking, guests will be expected to pay when using a desk for the day. We expect members to use their discretion with this.
What is your invoice policy?
Monthly members will be invoiced (via email) in arrears, during the first week of each month. Day rates and meeting room bookings will be invoiced on an ad hoc basis. All invoices should be settled within 7 days or access will be revoked.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have super-fast, leased line broadband.
Do you have disabled access and facilities?
Yes, we have step free access to the workspace as well as accessible toilets.
What are your opening hours?
Our office is open 24/7 for members.
Tours, trials, ad-hoc days and meeting room bookings are available during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Can I print?
We do not provide printing at The Launchpad, but there are printing facilities at the Library round the corner.
