Its in a lovely location and has a great working space. The staff are nice and friendly. I still find it the perfect hot-desk space to utilise in a great central town location with a varied, interesting and diverse network of businesses using it. Going from hotdesking, to a permanent desk, to our own office, Launchpad have made this easy and have been able to accomodate as business needs change and grow. Working alongside other startups, freelancers and small businesses is an enormous help and the Launchpad community is the best part. 24/7/365 secure access has also been incredibly useful. It's turned out that we've made some great business connections, have grown our team and business, and we've become a customer to other businesses in Bishop's Stortford and within Launchpad.
