How do I get to Launchpad?

If you are using public transport, we are approximately a 20-minute walk from Bishop’s Stortford station. Nearby bus stops are on The Causeway and Bryan Road. Use Trainline to quickly and easily find routes to reach us by train or coach.
Is there parking?
We do not offer any on-site parking. However there are plenty public car parks in close proximity to Launchpad.

Can I cycle?
Yes we have cycle racks for members. Space is on a first come, first served basis.
How do I book a meeting room or booth?
You can book via our booking system, the same as desks. Please note that our T&Cs must be reviewed and accepted before any bookings are made. This is particularly important for first-time bookings.
Can I book my favourite desk?
Yes! Our booking system has a floor plan so you can select and book your preferred spot. Our dedicated desk membership means your desk is allocated to you and only you.
What is your notice period?
All our membership packages and office space operates on a one month notice period. You can send this via email with the heading ‘notice’.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes, there is a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, as well as free tea, and milk for teas and coffee.
Where are the toilets?
There are five toilets at each wing of the building. All are on floor level and two have disabled access.
Are you pet friendly?
We love pets at Launchpad, however as a rule don’t generally allow members pets. Please contact us to discuss.
What is your guest policy?
Guests are the responsibility of the member they are visiting. Unless hosted by an office space or a meeting room booking, guests will be expected to pay when using a desk for the day. We expect members to use their discretion with this.
What is your invoice policy?
Monthly memberships will be sent via email on a monthly basis on the date of inception and will recur monthly thereafter. Day rates and meeting room bookings will be invoiced on an ad hoc basis. All invoices should be settled within 7 days or access will be revoked.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have super-fast, leased line broadband.
Do you have disabled access and facilities?
Yes, we have step free access to the workspace as well as accessible toilets.
What are your opening hours?
Our Bishop’s Stortford office is open 24/7 for members. Should you wish to book a tour or start a trial, we are only able to facilitate this between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
For ad-hoc day rates and meeting room bookings are open Mon-Friday from 9 am at Bishop’s Stortford only.
Can I print?
We have a fair use policy for printing.
