Technology has unveiled many ways to communicate. Interpersonal skills are essential in the workplace and one of the greatest assets you can have. You may think you already know the answers, but this session acknowledges the variances in how different generations feel comfortable communicating, and aims to bridge the gap.
In this session we will cover:
- How to understand and communicate across generations
- Get the best out of your working relationships, especially with those that have been tricky
- Build positive interpersonal communication skills
This session will be run by Elif Toker-Turnalar, lecturer in Political Communications & Public Relations in the Faculty of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences, at Regent’s University London. One of her many claims to fame is that Barack Obama follows her on Twitter! @elftok
